Event Cancellation

Fees are based on consultation.  Please contact me so that we may discuss your situation, assess what services are necessary & develop and individualized plan. 

Counseling Services

Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length & my regular fees are:

      $125 per individual session

      $145 per couples session

Payment is due at the time of services.  I accept cash, personal checks & credit cards (Visa & MasterCard).

I am currently an in-network participating provider with the following Insurance Plans:

      Blue Cross/Blue Shield

If I am not currently in-network with your health plan & you cannot afford my regular fees, I do offer a Sliding Scale Fee Program.  The Sliding Scale Fee Program is based on your income and other factors and must be arranged prior to scheduling.
